There are NO Silver Bullets.

I work with many aspiring leaders, and high potential leaders identified for development in their companies.

My approach is different, I practice empathic listening and give honest feedback, but in a compassionate manner that inspires change.  At least that is my goal, and that is what I sincerely strive for.

Many that I engage with start with the expectation that I will give them a silver bullet to all their needs.  That they can simply outsource their effort needed to overcome challenges and hurdles.  I clear that expectation upfront, in a forthright but compassionate way. 

Transformation of oneself starts on the inside, it requires consistent hard work; and there are no silver bullets like promised across social media platforms.  When those that I work with get my authenticity, and accept what is their responsibilities, then my facilitating role is transformational.
