Dreamers mostly have the negative label of NOT getting the stuff that matters done. Thinking big is fundamental to success irrespective of how we define success, but without taking proper steps and actions, goals will remain a dream.
Most dreamers that fall short of their objectives focus on stuff they have no influence over. Like in the picture. You cannot change the laws of nature; learn to gracefully accept that which you cannot influence.
How to take proper measures and actions? Get people to speak with data, to stop blaming others for their own underperformance and to take responsibility and accountability.
Many dreamers who don’t get the job done attempt shortcuts to their goals. We must learn to walk before we can run. It mostly takes smaller steps in the proper sequence, like climbing a ladder.

How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
About 75% of what we do, day in and day out, is subconsciously carrying out of our habits. It is easy then to understand that our habits create much of our character which in turn decides much of our destiny.
In leadership development we work in recognising ineffective habits, breaking with them, understanding what habits are effective, and the how to implement new effective habits. But the desire to change must come from the individual. He or she must have a burning yes to learn new effective habits. Discipline alone is seldom enough.
We creep back into bad habits as we learn new ones, so my objective is to help develop habits that stick.
