Our first appointment, a TEAMS online session, takes about 30 minutes. It is free. I only listen and ask questions. My objective is to understand expectations, and determine if I can bring transformational change. My calendar is never full, my day is always full. Mentoring and coaching is mentally exhausting; I give everything. I am not searching bookings but transformational opportunities. I derive my dopamine from helping you and your organizations transform.

Individual leadership mentoring and coaching fees discussed and clarified upfront. There is a 10% reduction for an initial booking of 7 sessions of 1 hour each given that my approach acknowledges that there are no quick fixes. Business consultancy costs are agreed with the business and vary subject to scope and duration.
